Apartments consists of 14
one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom apartments. Water, sewer and garbage are
included in rent. Tenants pay for their own electricity and electric heat.
Occupancy
at Coulee View Apartments primarily consists of seniors and disabled people
but is not limited to them. Admission is based on individuals/couples who

Income Limits:
One (1) person $36,250 per
year
Two (2) people $40,600 per
year
Three (3) people $45,000 per
year
Assets:
No limits, but income from assets is considered when determining annual
income.
Rent
is based on adjusted income. Some rents are subsidized by Rural Development
and are only 30% of a household’s income.
Maximum rent
is $330/month for one-bedroom apartments
$360/month for two-bedroom apartments
Lease:
One year lease is required.
Re-certification is completed annually or whenever income changes occur.
Security Deposit:
Security deposit equal to one month’s maximum rent is required.
