Bethel Home & Services is a non-profit corporation sponsored by 33 supporting congregations in Vernon, Crawford and Monroe counties in southwest Wisconsin.  In 1955 Bethel Home began its Christian ministry dedicated to older adults.  Since our beginning as a retirement rest home, we have continued to grow and expand our ministry to the present programs including skilled nursing care, rehab therapy, dementia care, assisted living, adult day care, independent retirement community, and supportive and personal home care.       

Through the leadership of our volunteer board, Bethel Home & Services currently serves over 500 individuals each year.  Approximately 300 full and part-time staff members have dedicated themselves to providing high quality nursing and supportive services.  We are licensed by the State of Wisconsin, which annually reviews our polices, procedures and practices and is consistently complimentary of our care.

We are a Social Ministry of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, serving all persons, from all walks of life, regardless of faith, economic status or ethnic background.  Our mission is to provide quality care in our communities for people who will benefit from health and residential services for the aging, guided by the gospel of Jesus Christ.
